The Multi Venture Operating Philosophy

Most founders are told to focus on one thing. That advice optimizes for a specific kind of company at a specific stage. It does not optimize for the architecture I am building.

Each venture in the portfolio is a node. The nodes share capital, data, audience, and brand. The compounding happens across the portfolio, not inside any single line item.

Focus is real. But the unit of focus is the architecture, not the venture.
